A property professional with over 30 years’ experience spanning all aspects of property negotiations, auctioneering, land and estate agency, property development and portfolio management.
Specialises in the assembly of land for large scale developments and renewable energy projects including wind farms, solar farms, grid connections, battery energy storage systems (BESS), cable runs, turbine delivery routes, substation sites and extensions, construction compounds and storage facilities.
Declan holds a B.Tech.Ed (Eng.) from the University of Limerick and qualified as a Property Services Provider through the Direct Final Examinations in property management and estate agency.

A property professional with over 20 years’ experience in the property sector including land and estate agency, property valuation, commercial property and portfolio management.
Expertise in negotiation between key stakeholders advising clients on projects in the renewable energy sector, negotiating with landowners nationwide on the assembly of land for the proposed wind farms (onshore and offshore), solar farm, grid connections, turbine delivery routes, substation site identification and negotiations and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Edward holds a BS.c. (Hons) in Property Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology and is a chartered surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI).
